Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep your current benefits through the period you paid for.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We also support PayPal and Apple Pay on supported browsers. We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
The Free plan is free forever — no trial period, no card required. If you want to try Pro or Premium features, you can upgrade and cancel within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Think of it as a trial with a safety net.
Your server won't be taken down. New members attempting to join will see a message that the server is at capacity and will be prompted to contact the server owner. Existing members keep full access. You'll receive an email suggesting an upgrade, but nothing breaks automatically.
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund on any paid plan, no questions asked. After 7 days, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Email support@allyapp.cc and we'll get back to you within one business day.
If you need more than 10,000 members or multiple Premium accounts for a network of servers, reach out to us at support@allyapp.cc. We work directly with large communities to find pricing that makes sense. We don't have a fixed enterprise tier — we'd rather talk to you.
